"Our Little Bit of Heaven" by Janet K. Baxter
– The location and land were doable. I barely looked at the house.
With each project, we discovered what we had missed in that quick, one-visit walk-through.

Author’s Talk
Janet K. Baxter
“Our Little Bit of Heaven” is a reminder of how far we have come after another winter of calamities, system failures, and tears. Sometimes a long view is needed to grin, share funny stories of our adventures, give each other a hug, and enjoy our spring bounties. Special thanks to my husband, Michael; friends; and to Scribblers (Barbara, Betty, Carol, and Debbie) for their support and encouragement throughout this journey.
